As someone who used to struggle with my weight, I have learned a lot about what it takes to become fit and to maintain that lifestyle. Once I found endurance, my life changed for the better and I have spent the last 7 years pursuing endurance excellence across many sports including weight lifting and running, with my primary focus being Triathlon. As a coach, I believe that every athlete deserves a unique training approach based on their goals, background, strengths and weaknesses.
